I took a stroll around the Towan Headland after yet another cracking surf at Fistral (four days in a row – hurrah!), taking in the usual landmarks that make this short walk so special. I think of all the places in Cornwall, this area can still be among the most stunning…

Today, I got my first GoPro surfing footage. This was quite early in the morning, at Fistral Beach, 2-3ft and offshore. Perfect conditions seeing as I wasn’t so sure how well the sticky mounting pad would hold up.
