I’ve just travelled out here to Mauritius from the UK. I had to take two flights and with layovers the whole thing took 24hrs. No big deal, but alas I was carrying the common cold at the time (shrugged it off now of course).

One thing you can say about kitesurfers: they can bloody well drink. It must be the high metabolisms in their athletic carcasses or all the lung power or maybe just that brain which has been battered by so many boards and swells that it doesn’t respond to the first 10 pints.
